About Zero Labs
Built out of frustration. Designed to fit.
Zero Labs started the same way most good things do — I needed a part that didn't exist.
Based in Sydney, when we ran into problems that off-the-shelf parts couldn't solve, we started designing solutions in Autodesk Fusion and printing them ourselves. The first time we used a part we'd made and it worked exactly as intended, that was it.
What started as solving our own frustrations turned into Zero Labs. Every product in the store came from a real problem: something we needed, couldn't find, and built ourselves. If it made it into the store, it's because it works.
Everything is designed in Fusion, 3D printed and CNC machined in Sydney, and tested before it ships. We run a 3-axis CNC table alongside the printers — between the two, most problems have a solution. No dropshipping, no warehouse of generic parts — just precision-made solutions from people who actually use them.
Got a problem that needs a solution? Get in touch. That's how most of our products start.
